GSEA Desktop v3.0 Java Jar

• This is the previous major version of the GSEA Desktop for users that are not yet ready to update to 4.0.x.
• It is integrated with MSigDB 6.2 and previous but has no links to 7.0 or higher.
• We highly recommend using version 4.0.x, which can access MSigDB 7.0 and higher.
• It is meant for command line or offline usage. See our User Guide for details
• Requires a separate Java 8 installation. Oracle Java is recommended as OpenJDK has known issues.
