Description

This is an assembly hub for the mosquito Anopheles gambiae PEST strain including the genome, protein-coding and pseudogene annotations, predicted stop codon readthrough regions, and PhyloCSF-related tracks for finding novel coding regions.

Methods

AgamP4 genome was downloaded from vectorbase.org 2014-08-25.

Protein-coding and pseudogene annotations were extracted from Anopheles-gambiae-PEST_BASEFEATURES_AgamP4.8.gff3, downloaded from vectorbase.org 2017-11-27.
