Note that with the T2T-CHM13 ctat genome lib, STAR-Fusion may not report known clinically relevant fusion P2RY8--CRLF2 because the P2RY8 sequence is present on both chrX and chrY.  

FusionInspector detects P2RY8--CRLF2 just fine.

A more customized ctat genome lib for T2T-CHM13 will be provided in a future release to better address this issue.
